Services
Horseback Riding Lessons
$60 Private / $45 Group or Semi-Private
At ZR Horsemanship, we offer both private and group horseback riding lessons, designed to build riding skills and horsemanship. Our one-hour private lessons are tailored to each rider’s skill level, with 35-45 minutes of riding time, and include grooming and tacking to develop hands-on horse care. For those who prefer learning in a group, we offer 1.5-hour lessons for 2-4 riders of similar abilities. These lessons feature 45-55 minutes of riding, where students work toward shared goals, while receiving personalized guidance in a supportive setting. Both lesson types focus on creating a well-rounded horsemanship experience. Additionally, we provide a 40-minute beginner roping class for $25, complete with a provided rope and roping dummy, ideal for those new to roping.
Training

Zayden specializes in training horses with a focus on horse psychology and individualized care. Our methodology emphasizes groundwork, employing a compassionate and non-forceful approach to foster trust and communication. We adapt our techniques to meet each horse's unique needs, ensuring a tailored training experience. Proper nutrition is paramount, and we ensure all dietary requirements are addressed. We also integrate bodywork into our routines to enhance physical comfort and overall health. Our training programs include Western Pleasure, all-around trail horses, kid-safe mounts, and low-level jumping, promoting the development of versatile horses capable of excelling across various disciplines.

Our all-inclusive packages feature 2.5-hour and 2-hour options that include riding experiences, hands-on activities like horseshoe painting, and engaging games, ensuring a fun and memorable celebration. With options for themed decorations and goody bags, we bring the joy of horses to every special occasion!

Experience ZR Horsemanship at a beautiful, private ranch tucked away off the main road — a peaceful, well-maintained property where horses have the space and freedom to truly relax and thrive. With large turnout areas, spacious covered stalls with automatic waterers, a well-kept tack room, and quiet surroundings, it’s an ideal environment for both horses and riders.
I am proud to offer lessons here, working with my own carefully trained horses in a setting that allows you to focus entirely on your riding and horsemanship goals. This calm, private atmosphere — with only my horses currently on property — means no distractions, no crowded arenas, and the chance for truly individualized attention.
I am on-site daily, checking on and caring for the horses multiple times each day, ensuring their needs are always met. The ranch owners also live on the property, providing an additional layer of security and oversight.
